TFTPD32
TFTP (Trivial File Transfer Protocol) is a simple protocol
used to transfer files to and from a TFTP server (daemon). This
protocol was designed by Noël Chiappa. Its second version (TFTPv2)
is described by RFC 1350, «The TFTP Protocol (Revision 2).»
TFTP is designed to be compact and easy to implement. Therefore,
it lacks most of the features of a regular FTP. The only thing
it can do is read and write files from/to a remote server. It
cannot list directories, and currently has no provisions for
user authentication.
TFTPD32 is Noël Chiappa implementation of a TFTP server for
Windows 95/98 and Windows NT. It supports the Get and Put commands,
but does not support the netascii transfer mode (but who really
needs it?).
Tftpd32 supports the TFTP extensions described in RFCs 1782
to 1785.
This new version enhanced the GUI and enables the anticipation
mode.

WinComm
This program helps deal with testing through the COM port.
With it, you can send data through the COM port, view incoming
data, set up auto-responders and heartbeat packets, and more.
It can help in development of COM-port related products. You
need a free COM port in order to use the program, but it is
still able to run without it. Version 1.11 allows random bytes
in auto-responder and features output message filtering, and
the ability to resize the main dialog and the "read me"
dialog. The potential INI bug is fixed as well as the main window
X/Y saving coordinate bug. Version 1.2 features miscellaneous
startup options and now supports ASCII.

CCCTERM
Simple Terminal is a serial and network (TCP/IP) communications
program. It can be connected by menu selection or clicking on
the icon below the desired interface. Serial port properties,
such as baud rate, word size, start/stop bits, handshaking,
parity, and error handling may be individually configured. It
lets you select a modem automatically with the Find Modem command.
When used as a network client through the Winsock interface,
data can be sent and received via the keyboard or text file.
Pull down menus let you select options such as font size, text
style, text color, background color, local echo. The full version
has script language and other advanced controls
